Tomorrow Baby Nico will be 8 weeks old! It is hard to believe! He is asleep on my chest right now so I decided to show off some pics that we have taken this week. He is getting to be so much fun, he coos and babbles at us and is a great little smiler - he is a happy baby and as long as his needs are met quickly he hardly cries. He is easy to please and so much fun. My favorite time of day with him is right after his morning bath, he gets a bath around 7 and then is in the best mood, he smiles and talks to me and he smells so yummy I could just eat him up. Filipe is either at work or still in bed and since it is summer, Mir is usally still in bed so it is just me & Nics and I just love it.
Nico looks just like his daddy, but has his momma's big eyes and since he is absolutely amazed by the camera flash and his eyes get even BIGGER, it can make for some pretty unflattering shots:
And finally here are the smiles, he has been smiling to himself for a week or so but this week he finally started to smile at us, daddy got the first one, then Mir and finally he smiled at me yesterday - so very cute!! Just love him so much!!!
