First of all, Uncle Rex, Nico WAS cheering for the Yankees - I guess they couldn't hear him all the way from Seattle:
We finally moved into our new home! We are so happy here and after making offers on 7, yes SEVEN other homes I really think this is the best one we could have found. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac that is lined with trees on both sides, super close to Mir's school (she actually comes home for lunch everyday) and is a great neighborhood for taking Nico in the stroller. Filipe finally has an office and we just love it!
In true Miranda fashion the very first thing she did as we unpacked was decorate the front porch, it looks awesome for Halloween and I am sure we have made a great first impression on the neighbors.
My brother Mikah is simply the B.E.S.T, he drove up on Thursday to help us move, he was a great help with Nico and it was so fun to have him here. I didn't think we were too tough on him, but since he returned home he has decided to move down to Scottsdale, I think it may be so we can't call him for more help. We really couldn't have done it without him and cannot say thanks enough.
As I said, Filipe got his office and I finally got my bathtub, it us just the right size and I love, love, love it. I have about a years worth of bubble bath I have been saving and am seriously enjoying my nightly soaks - even when Nico is in there with me.
Miranda had her last football game last night, it was great to be able to just put Nico in the stroller and walk up to the game. She has loved Cheerleading and can't wait to be on the varsity squad next year.
Today Nico and I mixed up doughnuts and made some chili, I thought of my mom all morning and how she used to make the same thing every Halloween. I am doing it early this year for some of Mir's friends coming over tonight, but we may have it again on Sunday. I will post some pictures of the inside of the house early next week, we still have some boxes to work on this weekend.

I cant believe how much Nico has changed just since sept. His arms and legs are filling out. What a cutie! LOVE LOVE LOVE the house and I am very jealous. Looks like a nice neighborhood for walks.
I like the house. Glad you guys fit into it so well. Nico looks so much different. The pic of him in the bubble bath he looks like a two year old. Tell Mir to keep on cheering, but be careful. One of Isabella's teammates on track (another hurdler) tore her ACL last week during cheerleading practice.
Cute house! Can't wait to see the inside pics. And that picture of Nico in the tub is just too freaking adorable. Miss you already Jo!
I am always so excited when you have a new post! Nico is rocking the alligator outfit as well as Sam and Declan did - I love it! And your new house is beautiful! I can't wait to see the inside, too! Love you guys!
